The Election Sub-Committee (“ESC”) has published the Provisional Register of Voters (“PRV”) listing out the names of OBA Members eligible to vote for the ExCom Election and their respective years graduated / supposed to graduate F.5 (HKCEE) / S.6 (HKDSE).

Any membership application will not be proceeded in the period from 30/9/2021 to the date of releasing election result. Any old boy who is of the opinion that his name should be but is not on the PRV shall inform the ESC by email (sjcobaelection2021@gmail.com) on or before 14/10/2021. The old boy should provide his full name, year of F.5 (HKCEE) / S.6 (HKDSE) graduation, and the alphabet & the first 4 alphanumeric letters of his HKID card number (e.g. A123) when lodging his enquiry. The ESC will make an investigation and its decision shall be final.
