The Election Sub-Committee (“ESC”) now publish the Final Register of Voters (“FRV”) listing out the names of OBA members eligible to vote for the Election (“voters”) and their respective years graduated / supposed to graduate F.5 (HKCEE) / S.6 (HKDSE). The FRV is available at the link:

Nomination of candidate to run for the Executive Committee Election will be accepted from 15/10/2021 to 21/10/2021, both dates inclusive. The nomination form is available for download at the link:
Pursuant to the Election By-law 11, only immediate retiring ExCom Members, retired ExCom Members or Co-Opt Members are eligible to run as a Candidate at the Election. A Candidate must be nominated by a Proposer and a Seconder. Pursuant to the Election By-law 10, each voter can propose 1 candidate and second 1 candidate at the Election.
An intended Candidate should submit the completed nomination form by email to sjcobaelection2021@gmail.com before 23:59 on 21/10/2021, with cc to Proposer and Seconder who should immediately notify SJCOBA if the nomination does not accord with his intentions. Nomination submitted after 21/10/2021 will not be entertained.
